Southland Biltong is proudly under new ownership, built on a passion for authentic South African flavor and quality handcrafted products.

With strong South African roots in our family, biltong isn’t just a product to us — it’s a tradition. We’re committed to doing it properly, using time-honored methods, quality ingredients, and a focus on flavor and consistency.

We specialize in small-batch Biltong and Droewors, made with care and designed to be enjoyed whether you’re at home, on the go, or sharing with friends.

Our products will be available online across New Zealand and at selected local farmers markets, where we look forward to meeting our customers face to face.

We’re currently working behind the scenes to get everything up and running, and we’re excited to bring Southland Biltong to life.
